Payment Options


Orders
  • Orders may not be canceled once they are pending shipment or have already shipped.
    • Canceling an order once it has been processed for shipment will be treated as a standard return (policy below).
  • All prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typos or pricing errors.
  • Because the market and our inventory changes very frequently and rapidly, there is no price protection on any orders

 Returns
  • Returns on all non-defective merchandise will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
  • All returned merchandise must include all original packaging, materials, and hardware. Absolutely no return will be accepted without original packaging.
    • All item being returned must be in brand new condition.
    • Any product showing signs of use, installation, damage, or modification (including, but not limited to bolt marks, scraps, cuts, welds, grinding, etc) will be returned to the customer.
  • The original, actual shipping cost to the customer is not refundable (this includes "FREE shipping" promotions).
  • Return shipments must be sent prepaid by the purchaser and returned within 10 days after the date of delivery.

 Taxes
  • All orders shipping within California will be charged 9.75% Los Angeles county tax.

 Shipping
  • "Free shipping" and "Standard shipping" only apply for shipments to a physical address in the continental 48 states. There will be additional shipping costs for shipments to PO Box, HI, AK, PR, GU, etc.
  • Shipping time is dependent on the distance from our Southern California location.
    • Fedex Ground and Home Delivery shipping time is within 2-5 business days
    • USPS Priority mail shipping time is within 2-3 business days when shipped to the continental United States.
  • Most items will be shipped out within the amount of time specified on the product page. The buyer will be notified by email or phone of any exceptions
    • Ship-out time is not guaranteed. Please call in advance for time sensitive orders.
  • All merchandise is shipped with insurance coverage on the item. The carrier will be responsible for any damage sustained during transit or delivery.
    • All original shipping materials must be kept as evidence for a shipping insurance claim.
    • In the event of shipping damage, notify us immediately via email or phone.
    • If damage is not reported within three business days of receipt, we are not responsible for any shipping damage
  • We do not ship to APO / AFO addresses.

 Will Call
  • Not all items are stocked. Contact us to check stock beforehand.
  • Please call to confirm your order is ready for pick up before arriving
    • Some items may require up to 48 hours to be ready for pickup.

Privacy
  • Speed-Element Motorsports is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.
  • Customer details are used solely for order processing, contact information, and future sales or offers offered by Speed-Element Motorsports only. It is not used for any other purpose.
  • Orders placed on our website are encrypted with 128-bit encryption to protect your privacy


 Aftermarket Parts Agreement
  • Some aftermarket parts sold by Speed-Element Motorsports may not be legal on pollution controlled vehicles and/or may not comply with local, state, or federal laws
  • We will not be held responsible for any labor costs, legal fees, or any additional costs incurred during the the installation or use of these aftermarket parts.

 HID kits
  • All HID conversion kits include a 12 month no-hassle warranty of the bulbs and ballasts beginning from the purchase date.
  • Any physical damage or modification to the ballasts or bulbs voids this warranty
  • Warranty claims must be pre-approved and shipped postage prepaid to our location.
    • Return shipping to the buyer will be covered by Speed-Element Motorsports
    • Free return shipping only applies to customers within the continental United States. All other customers (AK / HI / PR / Canada / etc) must pay return shipping.
  • It is the buyer's responsibility to verify compatibility of the HID kit with vehicle before placing an order
  • HID kits are for offroad or show use only.

 Tsudo Performance
  • Warranty claims must be pre-approved and shipped postage prepaid to our location.
    • Return shipping to the buyer will be covered by Speed-Element Motorsports.
    • Free return shipping only applies to customers within the continental United States. All other customers (AK / HI / PR / Canada / etc) must pay return shipping.
  • Warranty only applies to the original owner and purchaser of the part. It does not apply to second hand items.

 Drag Wheels
  • Wheel(s) must be in brand new condition to qualify for a return.
  • Any wheel that has had a tire mounted, balanced, and/or bolted onto the vehicle is not returnable for any reason
  • It is the buyer's responsibility to verify correct fitment before installing any wheels onto their vehicle

 Lighting
  • Instructions are not included and professional installation is highly recommended.
  • All light are not covered by any warranty from fogging or condensation by the manufacturer.
    • Sealing the lights with RTV sealant is highly recommended before installing.
